Markus Bergsteiger is the Tyrolean entertainer who turns any event into a real party. With 35+ years of experience and 500+ performances across Europe, he knows exactly how to carry an evening from the first song to a roaring finale.

His love for authentic South German, Tyrolean, and Oberkrainer music is genuine but his performances are anything but niche.

Since July 2025, he is also the lead vocalist of Limburg-based band Tiroler Luft (Limburger Buben) though as a solo act, he remains the driving force behind every evening he plays.

Where it all started

At eighteen, Marco Carolus entered the entertainment world as an après-ski party DJ. Alongside the decks: presenter, sound technician, voice-over artist, street theatre performer. Never a one-trick act.

2014

Four years, four awards

Singing took centre stage. Working as both performer and sound engineer, Marco released original Dutch-language singles, earned radio airplay across the Netherlands and Belgium, and built a loyal carnival fanbase reaching third in the Most Popular Carnival Artist ranking in 2019.

Het Grootste Feestbeest: The Greatest Party Animal. Marco won the award for four consecutive years: 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
